Our intrapreneurs

A group that reflects Soteck Clauger

People first:
our DNA from the start

At Soteck Clauger, we’ve always held one core belief: it’s people who make the difference. Behind every successful project, there are people who engage, who believe in what they do, and who move forward together by harnessing the power of teamwork.

Intrapreneurs revolutionizing our approach

It was in this spirit that our group of internal entrepreneurs was born. A unique group of trusted managers and experts, all driven by the same desire: to actively contribute to the evolution of Soteck Clauger. Not just by carrying out mandates, but by acting as a true strategic partner, looking to the future.

These intrapreneurs, and that is exactly what they are, are hands-on people: close to the teams, close to the customers, close to the action. Their role is simple, but essential: to drive the organization forward while embodying, on a daily basis, the values that unite us. And it is with this vision that our internal shareholding model was born, to become today a powerful lever of mobilization and pride.
